Falcon Private Bank is owned by Aabar Investments PSJC (“Aabar”), an investment company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. The company invests directly in various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, real estate, automotive and financial services companies. The majority shareholder of Aabar is the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC), one of the world’s leading sovereign wealth funds owned by the government of the emirate of Abu Dhabi.

International Petroleum Investment Company
Aabar’s majority shareholder is the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC), one of the world’s leading sovereign wealth funds and which is wholly owned by the government of the emirate of Abu Dhabi. IPIC was founded in 1984 with a mandate to invest in the hydrocarbon sector and other related sectors. IPIC's investment portfolio, which comprises of many international companies, is currently estimated to be worth more than 14 billion US dollars.
