This strategy is suitable for conservative investors for whom the real capital preservation is their primary focus. Our experienced portfolio managers invest in bonds and bond investment funds. In addition alternative investments in a bandwidth from 0% to 30% might be considered.
Falcon Conservative Strategy
This strategy is suitable for conservative investors for whom the real capital preservation of their portfolio over a market cycle is important. Our experienced portfolio managers invest primarily in bonds and bond investment funds. Investments in equities and equity funds range between 10% and 40% of the portfolio. The portfolio also contains money market and alternative investments to add stability and cash reserves.
Falcon Balanced Strategy
This strategy is for investors who seek real gain in their portfolio over a market cycle and who can cope with some volatility. Our experienced portfolio managers invest in a balanced selection of bonds and bond funds as well as in equities and equity funds. Depending on market conditions, between 30% and 70% of the portfolio can be invested in equity instruments. The portfolio also contains a certain degree of money market and alternative investments to add stability.
Falcon Growth Strategy
This strategy is for investors who objectives are solid growth in their portfolio over a market cycle but who can also accept greater volatility. Our experienced portfolio managers invest mainly in equities and equity funds. Between 50% and 100% of the portfolio can be invested in equity instruments. Investments can also include money market instruments, bonds, bond funds and alternative investments.
We invest in liquid instruments because an important part of our investment philosophy is to give clients the possibility to access capital or even terminate the mandate as needed. Statements of assets and account statements provide full transparency and a detailed overview of all transactions executed under the management mandate. Clients receive detailed information on the performance of their assets.
