Arthur Bolliger is a member of the board of directors since July 2019. He is chairman of the audit and risk committee.

Mr. Bolliger is a proven financial expert with more than five decades of international and Swiss banking experience, holding a number of board membership mandates. He was a member of the board of directors of Banque Cramer & Cie in Geneva between 2012 and 2017 as well as a member of the board committee of the Swiss Bankers Association from 2002 to 2010.

From 1989 to 2008 Arthur Bolliger served as CEO of Swiss private bank Maerki Baumann. Prior to joining Maerki Baumann, he was with Dow Chemical for thirteen years where he held various international management roles, among which as the CEO of the Dow Banking Corporation between 1982 and 1986.

Education:

Mr. Bolliger graduated from a banking apprenticeship at Schweizerische Kreditanstalt (today Credit Suisse) in 1967 in St. Gallen.
